grow; provide greater customer service and how it has changed the dynamic of
the human conversation.
After lunch Martin Bailie, Director of Glue London took to the stage discussing his digital consumer insights. Russell Davies then followed with his presentation titled "From Digital to Post-Digital, from blogging to everything: thinking about business in a connected world."
The keynote speaker was Brent Hoberman, Co.founder of Lastminute.com. Brent spoke about digital growth including opportunities for the future and lessons from the past.
The day finished off with a fireside chat, chaired by Brent Hoberman, where delegate’s questions were answered.
The day offered delegates an enormous insight into the world of digital marketing and communications. Delegates gained inspiration that will hopefully deliver value and build business success. The Brainfood Store would like to thank their Media Partners Indpendent.ie for their help and continued support.
