Independent.ie have launched a spin-off Six Nations microsite at http://sixnations.independent.ie/ featuring the best of our articles, pics and video, in addition to results, fixtures, and Peter Bills's rugby blog.
Independent Woman
Independent Woman, Independent Digital’s new dedicated female section, continues to go from strength-to-strength.
The section creates a glossy magazine feel, with fashion coverage ranging from affordable to high-end, the latest celebrity news, gossip and photos, love and sex, and more serious issues of interest to Irish women.
Recent popular topics have included Michael Jackson, tantric sex, swimsuit fashion, health and fitness, and Irish surfer girl Easkey Britton.
Many leading brands in the female lifestyle section have already come on board as sponsors and advertisers and the channel has proved very successful for them.

Herald redesign
There have been some changes to the Herald homepage recently, to reflect the increased priority of entertainment and lifestyle coverage.
