Renault Scrappage Q1

The Renault Scrappage campaign strategy centered on the nomination of Renault as the leading company for Scrappage in the Irish market. OMD and Webfactory were tasked with creating awareness among a premium online audience and a unique creative format.

The proposal presented a broad reach homepage take-over on Independent.ie through a highly engaging creative execution. The animation showed cars literally being scrapped on the page and made inventive use of the available spaces, which were interacting to each other. This unique format represented the versatility of Independent Digital that was ideal for the client's expectations.

The result of this activity was extremely successful. Having achieved, in 48 hours, close to two million impressions and eight thousand clicks.

Independent Digital not only allowed Renault to deliver the creative in an engaging and interactive way, it also delivered excellent return on investment for their business.
